Put your feet up. Lying on your back, rest your feet at least 12 inches above the level of your heart for 10 to 15 minutes, three or four times a day. Heel seats pick up and re-stretch the plantar fascia, redistribute the heels natural fat pad, provide structural reinforcement to the foot, and apply acupressure to relieve the pain while your feet heal. Massage your feet by rolling them on a tennis ball or golf ball while seated. Lose weight. Give your feet a break.
